Change Yourself to Change the World

Have you ever looked around at the world and felt overwhelmed by everything that seems wrong? The injustices, the suffering, the chaos? It’s easy to feel powerless in the face of it all. But what if I told you that the most profound way to change the world doesn’t start with the world itself? It starts with you.

Yes, you. The single best thing you can do for the world is to change yourself.

Now, I know that might sound counterintuitive at first. How can focusing inward when the world is screaming for attention possibly make a difference? But let me ask you this: What kind of energy are you contributing to the collective consciousness? Is it fear? Anger? Hopelessness? Or is it love, peace, and hope?

When we shift internally, we ripple outward. It’s like throwing a stone into a still pond. The ripples reach far beyond the initial splash. Each of us is like that stone. And the vibration we emit—through our thoughts, our emotions, and our actions—has an undeniable impact on the people around us. And then, through them, on the world at large.

But here’s the thing: Change doesn’t come from fixing what’s external. It comes from healing what’s internal. The truth is, we are not victims of the world we see. We are co-creators of it. Our perception, our beliefs, and our energy help shape reality. When we embrace this truth, we take back our power.

Instead of reacting to the world, we begin to respond from our inner transformation. Imagine if everyone did this. If instead of pointing fingers and demanding others change, we turned inward and worked on the only thing we have true control over: ourselves.

Does this mean we ignore injustice or turn a blind eye to suffering? Absolutely not. It means we address those things from a place of empowerment rather than victimhood. It means we become the embodiment of the solutions we wish to see.

If you want a more peaceful world, cultivate peace within yourself. If you want to see more kindness, be kind—even when it’s hard. If you want the world to be filled with love, choose love in your own life—especially when it feels inconvenient.

This is not easy work. It takes courage to look at ourselves honestly, to acknowledge where we’ve been contributing to the very things we dislike about the world. It takes humility to own our shadows and transform them into light. But it is worth it.

Because every time you choose to heal, you create a brighter, more harmonious world. Every time you refuse to let fear or anger dictate your actions, you inspire others to do the same. Every time you become the change you wish to see, you give permission for others to join you.

So, the next time you feel overwhelmed by the state of the world, remember this: You have the power to make a difference. Not by fixing the outside, but by transforming the inside. When you change, the world changes. And together, as individuals stepping into our highest selves, we create the world we’ve always dreamed of.

Be the ripple. Be the light. Be the change.

Do You Allow Yourself To Have What You Want?

A Deeper Understanding of Allowing What You Want

TOLPAKAN Healing has been instrumental in helping me deepen my understanding of myself. This journey of self-awareness and transformation has been profound and now I offer it as a service in my practice. I’d love to share a recent experience that opened my eyes in a truly unexpected way.

Some Background:

For years, I’ve been sensitive to gluten, which often kept me from enjoying foods I love, like pizza. After taking the TOLPAKAN Autoimmunity Master Class a while ago, I noticed that my gluten sensitivity had significantly improved—almost completely gone. However, I still found that my body occasionally reacted negatively to certain foods.

One evening, I wanted pizza but felt resistance. I wasn’t sure why. So, I turned to my God Team, asking a series of questions to pinpoint the root of this resistance. Was it physical? Emotional? Mental? Spiritual? The answer surprised me: “It’s your attitude.”

At first, I was confused. My attitude about what? About food? About health? About gluten? I kept asking questions, peeling back the layers. Then, clarity arrived: “It’s your attitude about getting what you want.”

The Breakthrough:

That response hit me deeply. I started reflecting on my life—and many past lives—where I had formed negative attitudes about wanting or having things I desired: wealth, happiness, health, food, and more. These attitudes were often rooted in emotions like guilt, shame, fear, or pride.

I realized that these negative emotions had created resistance and negative experiences around the very things I wanted, even pizza.

So, I got to work. I began measuring, on a scale from 0 to 100, how accepting I was of allowing myself to truly have what I want. My acceptance level was very low at first. Using TOLPAKAN Healing, I worked to target and resolve the underlying blocks that kept me from fully allowing myself to embrace my desires.

The Epiphany:

At one point during this process, I received another message from my God Team: This was something I needed to know more about. “You have to love what you want.”

That simple yet profound statement was a turning point. I realized that love is the frequency that brings things we want to us, while negative emotions—like fear, guilt, shame, or unworthiness—push them away.

Take pizza, for example. Before this experience, I might have said, “I love pizza.” But beneath that surface-level thought, there was fear (of a physical reaction), guilt (for not eating “healthier” foods), and shame (for indulging). These hidden emotions diluted the purity of my love for the experience.

The Takeaway:

To truly receive what we want in life, our love for it must be as pure as possible. That love must vibrate at a high frequency, free of negative, counteracting emotions or thoughts.

This experience reminded me of the lifelong—and even multi-lifetime—programming we carry around about what we desire. Many of us are conditioned to feel guilt, shame, or fear around our wants, which creates resistance and blocks our ability to receive.

The lesson?

If you want something, love it fully—without fear, guilt, lack of worthiness, or judgment. When your love for something is pure, it aligns with the flow of the universe and comes to you effortlessly. Of course, a powerful tool for getting you to that pure love is TOLPAKAN.

What do you think you feel on a subconscious level about yourself?  If you watch this and find deep emotions coming up it may because on some level you want to love yourself but find it difficult to do so.  You can release those negative feelings now through a process developed by Rob Williams called PSYCH-K.  I have been facilitating this amazing releasing experience for many people now since 2013.  Do yourself a favor and learn more about this revolutionary process.  There is plenty of information on this website www.riseabovetrauma. com or www.PSYCH-K.com.

How Do You Define Yourself?

PTSD - Is it Treatable?

Yes, the answer is Yes!!!

How do I know?  I have had the honor of helping Veterans with severe PTSD overcome their symptoms facilitating PSYCH-K.  In have been a psychotherapist for 35 years and have been trained in a variety of clinical techniques including Cognitive Processing Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as PSYCH-K.  The Veterans I have worked with using PSYCH-K have reported significant relief in their symptoms.  The reason is that PSYCH-K disconnects the emotional charge on a subconscious level from the memory of the event.

There are many Veterans who have seen and done things that most of us can not imagine.  A common way for them to cope is to not talk to anyone about what they have seen and done but to keep these deep dark secrets to themselves. The consequence of war is that those who have assured their country's freedom live a life of emotional torment.  They can be quick to get angry and even violent. They tend to avoid people and public places. They may resort to drugs and alcohol as a way of dealing with their pain and suffering and any kind of stress can be very difficult for them to handle so they tend keep to themselves.

PSYCH-K is a powerful tool that can free a Veteran from his or her demons.  The Veteran does not even have to tell their story of what happened.  This is particularly helpful for those who have been sworn to secrecy or just do not want to talk about what they have experienced.

Sessions are available SKYPE, phone, or in person.  I am happy to provide a free phone or Skype consultation.  I offer a full money back guarantee for the first session if you are not satisfied.  Put and PSYCH-K and my services to the test. What do you have to lose?   Just click here

Adverse Childhood Experiences

Childhood trauma isn’t something you just get over as you grow up. Pediatrician Nadine Burke Harris explains that the repeated stress of abuse, neglect and parents struggling with mental health or substance abuse issues has real, tangible effects on the development of the brain. This unfolds across a lifetime, to the point where those who’ve experienced high levels of trauma are at triple the risk for heart disease and lung cancer. An impassioned plea for pediatric medicine to confront the prevention and treatment of trauma, head-on.

Body Mind Connection

Another wonderful Ted Talk!  A psychiatrist talks about the body mind connection and spontaneous healing.  18 Minutes long.

What role do the mind and spirit play in the spontaneous remission of incurable illness? In this powerful talk, Dr. Jeffrey Rediger uses stories of "impossible" recoveries to illustrate unexplored possibilities latent within the mind, body, and spirit.

Unconscious Competence - Is it supporting you or hurting you?

Do you have to think about driving a car or riding a bicycle?  After the initial learning it becomes automatic.  That can make your life much easier and you very skilled at something but with negative habits it can be your worse nightmare.  Our brains can be wired to keep doing things that are destructive to us over and over again.  The brain creates neuro-pathways that keep us locked the the same way of thinking and behaving.  If it supports our well being great!  However, many times it does not.  No mater how many times we tell ourselves to stop thinking or behaving a certain way we can't stop doing it because there are neuro-pathways in our brain that are reinforcing the negative thoughts or behavior.

  1. Neuroplasticity, also known as brain plasticity, is an umbrella term that encompasses both synaptic plasticity and non-synaptic plasticity—it refers to changes in neural pathways and synapses due to changes in behavior, environment, neural processes, thinking, and emotions - as well as to changes resulting from ...

  2. Neuroplasticity - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

    en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neuroplasticity

So what is the answer?  You have to change the neuro-pathways.  How is that done?  One way is through PSYCH-K.  Watch this wonderful video of someone learning to ride a bike that has been modified to act differently than a normal bike.  He had to recreate new neuro-pathways to learn to ride this bike.  It took him months.  The good news is that PSYCH-K can facilitate changes in neuro-pathways in minutes.  I am not talking about riding a bike but rather thoughts and behaviors.  Enjoy!

Do Your Thoughts Make a Difference?

On both a conscious and unconscious level our thoughts create our reality.  This experiment with rice proves it very clearly.  We owe much to Dr. Emoto for showing the world the power of our thoughts. If our thoughts are so powerful then it makes sense for us to do whatever we can to make them positive ones.  Let us watch our conscious thoughts as we go through out our day and let us use technologies like PSYCH-K to clear our automatic negative thoughts in our subconscious.

Do You See Yourself The Way Others See You?

Our subconscious is a vast store house of memories, and beliefs about ourselves and life in general. Over the years what has been stored for you about who you are?  Does that match what others see and think about you?  This short video is the result of a study completed by a forensic artist.  It is very telling.

Are You Telling Yourself "I Can" or "I Can't"?

Tommy in this video certainly is sure "he can" be a great golfer even without one arm.  The secret is not what we are telling ourselves on a conscious level but what we are telling ourselves on a subconscious level.  Those programs on a subconscious level can be changed for the better through PSYCH-K.  Allow Tommy to inspire you!
