Do You Allow Yourself To Have What You Want?
/A Deeper Understanding of Allowing What You Want
TOLPAKAN Healing has been instrumental in helping me deepen my understanding of myself. This journey of self-awareness and transformation has been profound and now I offer it as a service in my practice. I’d love to share a recent experience that opened my eyes in a truly unexpected way.
Some Background:
For years, I’ve been sensitive to gluten, which often kept me from enjoying foods I love, like pizza. After taking the TOLPAKAN Autoimmunity Master Class a while ago, I noticed that my gluten sensitivity had significantly improved—almost completely gone. However, I still found that my body occasionally reacted negatively to certain foods.
One evening, I wanted pizza but felt resistance. I wasn’t sure why. So, I turned to my God Team, asking a series of questions to pinpoint the root of this resistance. Was it physical? Emotional? Mental? Spiritual? The answer surprised me: “It’s your attitude.”
At first, I was confused. My attitude about what? About food? About health? About gluten? I kept asking questions, peeling back the layers. Then, clarity arrived: “It’s your attitude about getting what you want.”
The Breakthrough:
That response hit me deeply. I started reflecting on my life—and many past lives—where I had formed negative attitudes about wanting or having things I desired: wealth, happiness, health, food, and more. These attitudes were often rooted in emotions like guilt, shame, fear, or pride.
I realized that these negative emotions had created resistance and negative experiences around the very things I wanted, even pizza.
So, I got to work. I began measuring, on a scale from 0 to 100, how accepting I was of allowing myself to truly have what I want. My acceptance level was very low at first. Using TOLPAKAN Healing, I worked to target and resolve the underlying blocks that kept me from fully allowing myself to embrace my desires.
The Epiphany:
At one point during this process, I received another message from my God Team: This was something I needed to know more about. “You have to love what you want.”
That simple yet profound statement was a turning point. I realized that love is the frequency that brings things we want to us, while negative emotions—like fear, guilt, shame, or unworthiness—push them away.
Take pizza, for example. Before this experience, I might have said, “I love pizza.” But beneath that surface-level thought, there was fear (of a physical reaction), guilt (for not eating “healthier” foods), and shame (for indulging). These hidden emotions diluted the purity of my love for the experience.
The Takeaway:
To truly receive what we want in life, our love for it must be as pure as possible. That love must vibrate at a high frequency, free of negative, counteracting emotions or thoughts.
This experience reminded me of the lifelong—and even multi-lifetime—programming we carry around about what we desire. Many of us are conditioned to feel guilt, shame, or fear around our wants, which creates resistance and blocks our ability to receive.
The lesson?
If you want something, love it fully—without fear, guilt, lack of worthiness, or judgment. When your love for something is pure, it aligns with the flow of the universe and comes to you effortlessly. Of course, a powerful tool for getting you to that pure love is TOLPAKAN.
