Unconscious Competence - Is it supporting you or hurting you?
/Do you have to think about driving a car or riding a bicycle? After the initial learning it becomes automatic. So what is the answer? You have to change the neuro-pathways. How is that done? One way is through PSYCH-K. Watch this wonderful video of someone learning to ride a bike that has been modified to act differently than a normal bike. He had to recreate new neuro-pathways to learn to ride this bike. It took him months. The good news is that PSYCH-K can facilitate changes in neuro-pathways in minutes. I am not talking about riding a bike but rather thoughts and behaviors. Enjoy!
